Salary Range: $93,000 - $140,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute supply chain strategies to optimize cost, efficiency, and on-time delivery performance.
• Manage all procurement activities, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and vendor relationship management.
• Optimize inventory levels for raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods to balance cost and availability.
• Oversee inbound and outbound logistics, warehousing, and transportation operations.
• Collaborate with production planning to ensure material availability and align supply with manufacturing schedules.
• Monitor key supply chain performance indicators (KPIs), analyze data, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, ensuring business continuity and resilience.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
• Deep understanding of S&OP, inventory management, logistics, and procurement.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and supply chain planning software.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Proficiency with advanced data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Experience with advanced planning and scheduling (APS) software beyond standard ERP functionality
