Salary Range: $45,000 - $67,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Process and verify vendor invoices for raw materials, MRO, and services, ensuring accurate coding and approval.
• Generate and distribute customer invoices for manufactured goods and services, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Apply customer payments and prepare vendor payment runs, optimizing cash flow.
• Reconcile vendor statements and customer accounts, investigating and resolving discrepancies.
• Monitor accounts receivable for past due invoices and perform collection activities.
• Collaborate with purchasing, receiving, and sales departments to resolve invoice and billing issues.
• Maintain accurate financial records and assist with month-end closing procedures related to AP/AR.

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable and Receivable, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles (GAAP) and financial reconciliation processes.
• Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume invoicing, vendor payments, and collections effectively.
• Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• Familiarity with manufacturing ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
• Basic understanding of inventory management or cost accounting principles.
• Proficiency in advanced Excel functions (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) for data analysis.
• Experience with multi-state sales tax or international vendor/customer transactions.
