Salary Range: $49,000 - $76,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and collections.
- Manage bi-weekly payroll processing, tax filings, and employee benefits administration.
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations, maintaining general ledger accuracy.
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and prepare basic financial reports.
- Oversee general office administration, including supply procurement and vendor relations.
- Coordinate facility maintenance and ensure a safe, organized work environment.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the management and production teams.
Recommended Qualifications
- Proficiency in full-cycle bookkeeping, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and general ledger management.
- Demonstrated expertise with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, ERP systems) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Proven experience in office administration, including vendor management, HR support functions, and facilities coordination.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing environment, with an understanding of inventory principles and basic cost accounting.
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with ERP systems commonly used in manufacturing (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Epicor).
- Exposure to inventory management or cost accounting principles.
- Demonstrated ability to assist with HR or payroll administration.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
