Salary Range: $46,000 - $71,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Perform precise calibration of a wide range of manufacturing test and measurement equipment.
- Maintain accurate and detailed calibration records, certificates, and equipment histories.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair malfunctioning instrumentation to restore operational accuracy.
- Develop, review, and update calibration procedures and work instructions in accordance with industry standards.
- Ensure all calibrated equipment complies with internal quality systems and external regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO, GMP).
- Manage and prioritize calibration schedules to minimize downtime and support production operations.
- Select, utilize, and maintain appropriate calibration standards and reference equipment.
Recommended Qualifications
- Associate's degree in electronics, metrology, or a related technical field, or equivalent vocational training/certifications.
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience performing calibration on various types of measurement and test equipment.
- Solid understanding of metrology principles, calibration standards (e.g., ISO 17025), and measurement uncertainty.
- Proficiency in operating, troubleshooting, and maintaining a wide range of calibration equipment and test instruments.
- Strong computer literacy, including experience with calibration management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Bonus Qualifications
- ASQ Certified Calibration Technician (CCT) or similar metrology certification
- Experience with advanced metrology equipment such as CMMs, vision systems, or specialized process instrumentation
- Proficiency in calibration management software administration (e.g., IndySoft, MET/CAL, Maximo)
- Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC) or measurement system analysis (MSA) principles
