Salary Range: $54,000 - $86,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Perform on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of manufacturing equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and software issues.
• Conduct preventative maintenance inspections and services to ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Provide technical support and training to customers on equipment operation and basic troubleshooting.
• Document all service activities, parts used, and customer interactions accurately.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols, company policies, and customer site regulations.
• Manage and maintain service vehicle inventory of tools and spare parts.

Recommended Qualifications

• Strong electro-mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills, including PLCs.
• 3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance or field service, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Technical degree or certificate in a relevant discipline (e.g., industrial maintenance, electrical technology).
• Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability and willingness to travel extensively, often on short notice.
• Proficiency in reading schematics, blueprints, and using diagnostic tools.

Bonus Qualifications

• Proficiency in multiple languages, particularly those common in international manufacturing markets.
• Experience with advanced PLC programming (e.g., Siemens TIA Portal, Rockwell Studio 5000) or HMI development.
• Certification or advanced experience with industrial robotics systems (e.g., FANUC, KUKA, ABB).
• Familiarity with IoT platforms, data acquisition, or predictive maintenance analytics tools.
