Salary Range: $72,000 - $117,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and test electrical systems and components for manufacturing equipment and processes.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical malfunctions in production machinery, control systems, and facility infrastructure.
- Develop, program, and maintain Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), Human-Machine Interfaces (HMIs), and other industrial automation systems.
- Ensure all electrical systems, installations, and modifications comply with relevant safety standards (e.g., NFPA 70E, OSHA) and industry regulations.
- Lead or support electrical engineering projects, including new equipment integration, system upgrades, and facility expansions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement electrical system improvements for enhanced efficiency, reliability, and cost reduction.
- Create and maintain accurate electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, Bill of Materials (BOMs), and technical documentation.
Recommended Qualifications
- Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Rockwell/Allen-Bradley, Siemens), HMI/SCADA development, and industrial control systems.
- Strong understanding of industrial power distribution, motor control centers (MCCs), VFDs, and instrumentation.
- Proven experience in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving electrical and control system issues in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to design, implement, and upgrade electrical systems, including proficiency with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical).
- Familiarity with relevant electrical codes and safety standards (e.g., NEC, NFPA 70E, machine safety directives).
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with PLC programming (e.g., Rockwell, Siemens) and HMI development.
- Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (e.g., EtherNet/IP, PROFINET, Modbus).
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Experience with CAD software for electrical design (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical, SolidWorks Electrical).
- Certification or experience with NFPA 70E (Arc Flash safety).
