Salary Range: $71,000 - $105,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts for finished goods and components.
• Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and promotional activities to refine forecasts.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product Management to gather market intelligence and validate demand plans.
• Utilize statistical forecasting models and software to generate baseline forecasts.
• Participate in the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process to align demand plans with supply capabilities.
• Monitor forecast accuracy, identify root causes of significant deviations, and implement corrective actions.
• Incorporate new product introductions and product lifecycle changes into the demand plan.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
• 3-5 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or a similar analytical supply chain role, preferably in manufacturing.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel for data analysis and modeling.
• Strong analytical and statistical modeling skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate accurate forecasts.
• Demonstrated understanding and experience with S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) processes.

Bonus Qualifications

• Proficiency with advanced planning systems such as SAP IBP, Kinaxis, or Blue Yonder.
• APICS CPIM or CSCP certification.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) or scripting languages (e.g., SQL, Python) for enhanced analysis.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or experience with continuous improvement methodologies.
