Salary Range: $88,000 - $134,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all inbound and outbound logistics operations, ensuring timely delivery of raw materials and finished goods.
• Optimize inventory levels, storage strategies, and material flow within the manufacturing facility and warehouses.
• Develop and implement efficient shipping, receiving, and warehousing procedures to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy.
• Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with carriers, freight forwarders, and third-party logistics (3PL) providers.
• Analyze logistics data, identify trends, and implement solutions to reduce costs and improve service levels.
• Ensure strict compliance with domestic and international shipping regulations, customs requirements, and safety standards.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with production, procurement, and sales teams to align logistics activities with manufacturing schedules and customer demand.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations management within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP software, and Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
• Demonstrated experience in inventory management, freight optimization, and customs compliance.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills with a focus on process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Proficiency with advanced data analytics and Business Intelligence (BI) tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Experience with international shipping regulations and customs compliance
• Advanced proficiency in a major ERP system's supply chain/logistics modules (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, Oracle SCM Cloud)
