Salary Range: $72,000 - $111,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain critical IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and production systems (e.g., MES, ERP, SCADA).
• Ensure high availability and reliability of operational technology (OT) systems and their integration with IT networks.
• Implement and enforce cybersecurity measures to protect manufacturing data and industrial control systems (ICS).
• Provide timely technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues affecting production operations.
• Develop, test, and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans for critical manufacturing IT/OT systems.
• Perform regular system monitoring, performance tuning, and capacity planning to optimize manufacturing IT/OT environments.
• Manage system backups, data archives, and ensure data integrity for all production-related information.

Recommended Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Windows Server OS, Active Directory, and virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
• Solid understanding of network protocols, firewalls, and industrial networking best practices.
• Experience supporting critical manufacturing applications (e.g., MES, SCADA, ERP integration) and ensuring their high availability.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex IT issues quickly in a 24/7 operational environment, often requiring on-call support.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and practices relevant to OT/IT convergence and data integrity.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience supporting Operational Technology (OT) or Industrial Control Systems (ICS).
• Familiarity with manufacturing execution systems (MES) or ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle) in a production environment.
• Understanding of industrial networking protocols (e.g., Modbus, Profinet, EtherNet/IP) and IT/OT convergence concepts.
• Scripting proficiency (PowerShell, Python) for automation specific to manufacturing operations or plant systems.
