Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all general office operations, including supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance for the administrative areas.
  • Provide administrative support to manufacturing leadership and production teams, assisting with schedules, reports, and communications.
  • Oversee vendor relationships for office services, such as cleaning, security, and IT support, ensuring efficient and cost-effective solutions.
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding processes for office and plant administrative staff, including workspace setup and initial documentation.
  • Maintain office safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies and relevant workplace regulations.
  • Manage the office budget, track expenses, and process invoices for administrative costs.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications related to office administration and visitor management.

Recommended Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and office management software
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with staff, vendors, and clients
  • Experience with basic bookkeeping, expense tracking, and managing office budgets and supplies

Bonus Qualifications

  • Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems common in manufacturing environments.
