Salary Range: $58,000 - $85,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production schedules and operations to meet output targets.
• Lead, train, and mentor a team of production operators, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Monitor production quality and ensure adherence to established standards and specifications.
• Implement and enforce all safety regulations and company policies on the production floor.
• Identify and troubleshoot production issues, coordinating with maintenance or engineering as needed.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes, reduce waste, and enhance efficiency.
• Maintain accurate production records, including output, downtime, and quality data.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, including supervisory or lead roles.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on coaching and development.
• In-depth knowledge of production processes, equipment operation, and quality control standards.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills to identify and resolve production bottlenecks or issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team coordination and reporting.
• Commitment to maintaining high safety standards and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Proficiency with manufacturing execution systems (MES) or ERP software
• Experience in training, coaching, or mentoring production teams
• Basic mechanical or electrical troubleshooting skills
