Salary Range: $109,000 - $158,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the entire value stream to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and increase throughput.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize material flow, inventory levels, and lead times from raw materials to finished goods.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, engineering, supply chain, quality) to identify bottlenecks and implement solutions.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the value stream, reporting on performance and driving corrective actions.
• Lead and mentor teams within the value stream, fostering a culture of problem-solving and operational excellence.
• Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet production targets and customer demands.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements throughout the value stream.
• Identify and implement technological advancements and best practices to modernize manufacturing processes.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Kaizen).
• Demonstrated success in identifying and eliminating waste within manufacturing processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose inefficiencies and develop solutions.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to drive cross-functional team collaboration.
• Experience with value stream mapping and process optimization tools.

Bonus Qualifications

• - Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• - Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g., Industry 4.0, automation, IoT)
• - Proven track record of successfully implementing cross-functional improvement initiatives
