Salary Range: $88,000 - $134,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Green Belts and project teams in the application of Six Sigma methodologies.
• Identify, define, and prioritize improvement projects aligned with manufacturing strategic goals.
• Drive the execution of DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) projects to reduce defects and variation.
• Analyze complex manufacturing data using statistical tools to identify root causes of problems.
• Develop and implement solutions to address identified root causes, focusing on sustainable improvements.
• Facilitate cross-functional team collaboration and communication throughout project lifecycles.
• Monitor and control key process indicators (KPIs) to ensure sustained performance gains.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making within the manufacturing environment.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience leading and completing complex Six Sigma projects in a manufacturing environment.
• Deep understanding of statistical analysis tools and methodologies relevant to manufacturing processes.
• Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and their integration with Six Sigma.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and coach Green Belts and other team members.
• Excellent project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with specific manufacturing technologies and systems (e.g., SPC software, MES, ERP).
