Salary Range: $88,000 - $134,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex Six Sigma projects to reduce defects and improve process efficiency.
- Mentor and coach Green Belts and Yellow Belts on Six Sigma methodologies and tools.
- Analyze manufacturing data to identify root causes of quality issues and process variations.
- Develop and implement sustainable solutions to address identified problems.
- Facilitate cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives and drive continuous improvement.
- Champion the adoption and integration of Six Sigma principles throughout the manufacturing organization.
- Present project findings, progress, and results to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Recommended Qualifications
- Proven track record of leading and successfully completing complex Six Sigma projects in a manufacturing environment.
- Deep understanding of Lean principles and their application in optimizing manufacturing processes.
- Expertise in statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP) and advanced statistical tools.
- Strong leadership and change management skills to drive process improvements and cultural shifts.
- Excellent problem-solving and root cause analysis capabilities.
- Ability to mentor and coach Green Belts and other team members.
Bonus Qualifications
- - Experience with advanced statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP) beyond core Six Sigma tools.
- - Proven ability to mentor and develop Green Belts and other team members.
- - Strong understanding of Lean manufacturing principles and their integration with Six Sigma.
- - Experience with specific manufacturing technologies relevant to the company (e.g., CNC machining, injection molding, automation).
- - Certification in a related discipline (e.g., PMP, ASQ CMQ/OE).
