Salary Range: $53,000 - $83,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review journal entries, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts, including bank reconciliations, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
• Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes, adhering to strict deadlines.
• Support the accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including invoice processing and collections.
• Contribute to the preparation of financial statements and management reports.
• Analyze manufacturing variances and inventory valuation, providing insights for cost control.
• Participate in internal control testing and compliance efforts.
• Assist with audit preparation and support for external auditors.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 3-5 years of accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
• Understanding of cost accounting principles and inventory valuation methods.
• Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
