Salary Range: $125,000 - $175,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency and quality.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve production targets and business objectives.
• Manage financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and forecasting.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and safety.
• Drive operational excellence through process optimization and the adoption of best practices.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align production with sales and customer demands.
• Identify and implement new technologies and automation opportunities to enhance productivity.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
• 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing operations
• Demonstrated success in P&L management and driving financial performance
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Experience with ERP system implementation or optimization
• Demonstrated success in fostering a strong safety culture
• Fluency in a second language relevant to the workforce or customer base
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
