Salary Range: $50,000 - $77,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for manufacturing software and hardware.
• Resolve IT issues related to production machinery, PLCs, and SCADA systems.
• Document and track all help desk requests and resolutions in a ticketing system.
• Perform regular maintenance and upgrades on manufacturing-specific IT equipment.
• Collaborate with production teams to understand and address their IT needs.
• Train manufacturing personnel on new software and hardware applications.
• Assist in the deployment and configuration of new IT infrastructure on the plant floor.

Recommended Qualifications

• Associate's degree in IT or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware (e.g., desktops, laptops, printers, manufacturing equipment interfaces) and software issues.
• Experience with Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic networking concepts.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and IT service management best practices.
• Ability to provide remote and on-site support in a manufacturing environment.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with SCADA systems or other industrial control systems
• Familiarity with ERP systems used in manufacturing (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure specific to factory environments (e.g., industrial networking, PLCs)
• Certifications in manufacturing-specific software or hardware
