Salary Range: $68,000 - $102,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Analyze production costs, inventory levels, and operational efficiency to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
• Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for management, highlighting key trends and insights.
• Support the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes for manufacturing operations.
• Collaborate with operations and supply chain teams to track key performance indicators and financial targets.
• Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and special projects.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis using tools like Excel and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Demonstrated understanding of manufacturing cost accounting, including variances, standard costing, and activity-based costing.
• Ability to analyze complex financial data and present actionable insights to both financial and operational stakeholders.
