Salary Range: $70,000 - $104,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making and forecasting.
• Conduct variance analysis of actual results versus budget and forecast, identifying key drivers and trends.
• Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for management, highlighting performance and insights.
• Support the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes for manufacturing operations.
• Analyze production costs, inventory levels, and capital expenditures to identify areas for efficiency and cost reduction.
• Perform ad-hoc financial analysis to support operational improvements and new business initiatives.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting techniques.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, advanced formulas) and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex financial data and translate findings into actionable insights for operational improvements.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with an ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
• Familiarity with Six Sigma or Lean manufacturing principles
• Certification in financial modeling or business valuation (e.g., FMVA, CBV)
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Experience with Activity-Based Costing (ABC) or other advanced costing methodologies
