Salary Range: $60,000 - $87,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Fremont seeking Finishing Supervisors who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all finishing operations, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
• Train, supervise, and mentor finishing technicians, fostering a high-performance team environment.
• Implement and maintain safety protocols and procedures within the finishing department.
• Monitor equipment performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement process optimizations.
• Manage inventory of finishing materials and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of products.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing finishing processes (e.g., painting, polishing, assembly).
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to interpret and apply technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong understanding of quality control standards and lean manufacturing principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and motivate teams.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot finishing process issues.
