Salary Range: $83,000 - $128,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Muskegon seeking Facilities Managers who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the maintenance and repair of manufacturing equipment and infrastructure.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
• Manage facility budgets, including capital expenditures and operational costs.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and quality systems.
• Coordinate with production teams to support continuous operations and facility upgrades.
• Supervise and develop a team of maintenance technicians and facilities staff.
• Manage vendor relationships and contracts for facility services and supplies.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in facilities management, with at least 3 years in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience managing budgets, contractors, and multi-disciplinary teams.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, safety regulations, and preventative maintenance programs.
• Demonstrated ability to implement and manage CMMS software.
