Industrial Electrician | Otsego, MI
Salary Range: $56,000 - $88,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity
We partner with manufacturers across Otsego seeking Industrial Electricians who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and components in a manufacturing environment.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical malfunctions using scheoscopes, voltmeters, and other testing devices.
- Perform preventative maintenance on electrical equipment to ensure optimal performance and extend lifespan.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies, including Lockout/Tagout procedures.
- Collaborate with engineers and other technicians to optimize electrical systems and resolve complex issues.
- Calibrate and test electrical equipment to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
Recommended Qualifications
- Red Seal or equivalent Industrial Electrician certification.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficient in troubleshooting and repair of industrial control systems (PLCs, HMIs, VFDs).
- Strong understanding of electrical schematics, blueprints, and national electrical codes.
- Experience with preventative maintenance programs for electrical equipment.
