Salary Range: $56,000 - $88,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Otsego seeking Industrial Electricians who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and components in a manufacturing environment.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical malfunctions using scheoscopes, voltmeters, and other testing devices.
• Perform preventative maintenance on electrical equipment to ensure optimal performance and extend lifespan.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies, including Lockout/Tagout procedures.
• Collaborate with engineers and other technicians to optimize electrical systems and resolve complex issues.
• Calibrate and test electrical equipment to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards.

Recommended Qualifications

• Red Seal or equivalent Industrial Electrician certification.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in troubleshooting and repair of industrial control systems (PLCs, HMIs, VFDs).
• Strong understanding of electrical schematics, blueprints, and national electrical codes.
• Experience with preventative maintenance programs for electrical equipment.
