Salary Range: $47,000 - $75,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Allendale that are seeking Inside Sales Representatives. Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and manage relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business.

Recommended Qualifications

  • Proven experience in inside sales or a related customer-facing role.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and products.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to learn and effectively use CRM software and sales tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related technical field.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience with CRM systems beyond basic data entry (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, SAP CRM).
  • Familiarity with ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Prior experience selling technical or engineered products.
  • Ability to read or interpret basic technical drawings/schematics.
  • Proficiency in a second language relevant to target markets (e.g., Spanish, German, Mandarin).
