Salary Range: $48,000 - $77,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity
We partner with manufacturers across Mattawan seeking Inside Sales Representatives who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.
Key Responsibilities
- Qualify and nurture inbound leads from marketing campaigns.
- Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospective manufacturing clients.
- Present and demonstrate manufacturing product solutions to potential customers.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and quotes.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms to close sales.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM.
- Collaborate with external sales teams to support territory growth.
Recommended Qualifications
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and product lifecycles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to interpret technical specifications and understand customer needs.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
