Salary Range: $91,000 - $138,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the maintenance and support of factory floor IT systems.
• Manage the IT infrastructure for manufacturing operations, including networks and servers.
• Develop and implement IT strategies to support production goals and efficiency.
• Ensure the security and compliance of all manufacturing-related data and systems.
• Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals supporting manufacturing sites.
• Collaborate with production teams to identify and implement technology solutions for operational improvements.
• Manage vendor relationships for manufacturing software and hardware.
• Develop and manage the IT budget for manufacturing operations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT, with at least 2 years in a management or leadership role within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and their application in manufacturing operations.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices and experience implementing security measures in industrial control systems (ICS) or operational technology (OT) environments.
• Demonstrated ability to manage IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and hardware, and support critical production systems.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) and their integration.
• Familiarity with industrial control systems (ICS) and operational technology (OT) environments.
• Knowledge of specific manufacturing software solutions like ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) or PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) tools.
• Certifications in ITIL, PMP, or other relevant industry standards.
• Experience with lean manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
