Salary Range: $79,000 - $119,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement inventory control procedures to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
  • Oversee regular cycle counts and annual physical inventories, ensuring timely completion and reconciliation.
  • Analyze inventory data to identify trends, forecast demand, and optimize stock levels.
  • Collaborate with production, purchasing, and warehousing to ensure efficient material flow and resolve inventory-related issues.
  • Manage and maintain the accuracy of inventory records within the ERP system.
  • Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for inventory accuracy and efficiency.
  • Lead and mentor a team of inventory control specialists, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Recommended Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in inventory control, logistics, or supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) for inventory management and reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to implement and optimize inventory control processes and procedures.
  • Certification in inventory management (e.g., APICS CPIM, CSCP) preferred.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Proficiency in using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems for inventory management.
  • Certification in Inventory Management (e.g., CPIM, CSCP).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
