Salary Range: $85,000 - $130,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Walker that are seeking Logistics Managers. These companies are committed to building strong teams and are looking for professionals who can lead initiatives effectively. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire supply chain, from raw material procurement to finished product delivery.
• Optimize inventory levels to minimize carrying costs and prevent stockouts.
• Manage relationships with third-party logistics (3PL) providers and negotiate contracts.
• Implement and maintain logistics software and systems for tracking and reporting.
• Develop and execute strategies to improve delivery efficiency and reduce transportation costs.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant shipping regulations and safety standards.
• Analyze logistics data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Recommended Qualifications

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Bonus Qualifications

• PMP or other relevant project management certification.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proficiency in a second language, particularly Spanish or Mandarin.
• Demonstrated experience with ERP system implementation or optimization.
• Familiarity with international shipping regulations and customs processes.
