Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies (e.g., Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping).
• Analyze manufacturing processes to identify waste, bottlenecks, and opportunities for efficiency gains.
• Implement and sustain Lean tools and principles across production lines and support functions.
• Develop and deliver training programs on Lean manufacturing concepts and techniques to employees.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize work, optimize layouts, and reduce changeover times.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to Lean initiatives and report on progress and impact.
• Lead problem-solving efforts using structured methodologies (e.g., A3, Root Cause Analysis).

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Bonus Qualifications

• Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• Experience with advanced simulation software (e.g., Arena, FlexSim).
• Proficiency in programming languages for data analysis (e.g., Python, R).
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor cross-functional teams.
• Experience in applying Lean principles beyond manufacturing (e.g., supply chain, transactional processes).
