Salary Range: $67,000 - $105,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity
We partner with manufacturers across Spring Lake seeking PLC Programmers who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and program PLC logic for new and existing manufacturing equipment.
- Troubleshoot and debug PLC programs, HMI interfaces, and robotic systems.
- Design and implement control system solutions, including hardware selection and network configuration.
- Collaborate with engineers and production staff to optimize manufacturing processes and equipment performance.
- Perform routine maintenance, upgrades, and modifications to PLC-controlled machinery.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation for PLC programs, electrical schematics, and control system designs.
Recommended Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
- 3+ years of experience programming and troubleshooting PLCs (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Rockwell).
- Proficiency in ladder logic, structured text, and function block diagram programming languages.
- Strong understanding of industrial control systems, HMI development, and SCADA integration.
- Experience with VFDs, servo drives, and industrial communication protocols (e.g., EtherNet/IP, PROFINET).
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and P&ID diagrams.
