Salary Range: $55,000 - $82,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Grandville seeking Payroll Specialists who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Process multi-state payroll for both hourly and salaried employees.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations.
• Reconcile payroll data and general ledger accounts.
• Manage timekeeping system and resolve discrepancies.
• Administer employee benefits deductions and remittances.
• Prepare and submit accurate payroll reports.

Recommended Qualifications

• 3+ years experience processing payroll for 500+ employees, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated proficiency with payroll software (e.g., ADP, Workday) and timekeeping systems.
• Strong understanding of federal, state, and local payroll regulations, including tax laws and wage garnishments.
• Experience with multi-state payroll processing and compliance.
• Ability to accurately calculate and reconcile payroll, including complex compensation structures and shift differentials.
