Salary Range: $141,000 - $192,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Hart that are seeking Plant Managers. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily plant operations, including production, quality, maintenance, and safety.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve production targets and cost efficiencies.
• Manage and mentor a diverse team of supervisors and production personnel.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, environmental standards, and quality management systems.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives through Lean manufacturing principles and data analysis.
• Manage plant budget, capital expenditures, and resource allocation effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and supply chain, to optimize plant performance.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field
• 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing operations
• Proven track record of improving production efficiency and reducing costs
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
• Demonstrated ability to manage and develop high-performing teams
• Experience with budgeting, financial forecasting, and capital expenditure planning

Bonus Qualifications

• Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Experience with Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
• Proficiency in using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software
• Demonstrated success in leading and developing cross-functional teams
• Bilingual proficiency, especially in languages relevant to the workforce or supply chain
