Salary Range: $75,000 - $109,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the master production schedule, considering capacity constraints and material availability.
• Collaborate with sales, production, and supply chain to ensure alignment on production plans and customer demand.
• Monitor inventory levels of finished goods and raw materials, adjusting schedules to prevent stockouts or overstock.
• Utilize ERP/MRP systems to optimize scheduling and track production progress against the plan.
• Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts, communicating potential delays and mitigation strategies to stakeholders.
• Analyze production performance and schedule adherence, implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
• Forecast future production needs based on sales forecasts, historical data, and market trends.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in production planning, master scheduling, or a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven expertise with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Dynamics AX) and advanced planning and scheduling (APS) software.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with various departments.
• APICS CSCP or CPIM certification preferred.
