Salary Range: $67,000 - $106,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for new and existing products.
- Design, implement, and validate manufacturing equipment and tooling.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for production issues.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product design, process development, and production launch.
- Establish and maintain detailed manufacturing documentation, including work instructions and process flows.
- Perform process capability studies and implement statistical process control measures.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on process improvement and optimization.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and experience with creating and interpreting technical drawings.
- Strong understanding of Lean manufacturing principles and experience with implementing Lean tools (e.g., 5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping).
- Experience with data analysis and statistical process control (SPC) to monitor and improve manufacturing processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot manufacturing issues and implement effective solutions.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies (Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred).
- Proficiency in SolidWorks or other CAD software for fixture and tool design.
- Demonstrated ability to program and troubleshoot PLCs (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens).
- Familiarity with robotic systems and automation (e.g., Fanuc, KUKA).
- Knowledge of data analysis tools and statistical process control (SPC) software.
