Salary Range: $90,000 - $131,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Wyoming that are seeking Maintenance Managers. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs for all manufacturing equipment.
• Manage and mentor a team of maintenance technicians, including scheduling and performance reviews.
• Oversee the repair and troubleshooting of complex mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Control maintenance department budget, including spare parts inventory and external service contracts.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, environmental standards, and quality control procedures.
• Collaborate with production management to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and reduce maintenance costs.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field; equivalent practical experience may be considered.
• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in maintenance management within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven expertise in various maintenance methodologies (e.g., TPM, RCM, Predictive Maintenance) and CMMS utilization.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems common in manufacturing.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, control costs, and optimize resource allocation.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
