Salary Range: $70,000 - $109,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes for new and existing products.
• Implement and maintain production equipment, tooling, and fixtures.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for production issues.
• Develop and execute process validation protocols and reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure manufacturability of designs.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Create and maintain manufacturing documentation, including work instructions and process flows.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a high-volume production setting.
• Proven experience with process optimization, lean manufacturing principles, and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma).
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and experience with manufacturing execution systems (MES) or enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and data.
