Salary Range: $71,000 - $110,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes for new and existing products.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for production issues.
• Evaluate and select appropriate manufacturing equipment and tooling.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, including work instructions and control plans.
• Implement lean manufacturing principles to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches.
• Perform time studies and capacity analysis to optimize production flow.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical) or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on process improvement and optimization.
• Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing principles and tools (e.g., Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data to drive decisions.
• Experience with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and manufacturing simulation tools.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and equipment (e.g., CNC machining, automation, robotics).

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks or other CAD software.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM).
• Strong data analysis skills and experience with statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP).
