Salary Range: $67,000 - $95,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of quality technicians and inspectors.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards.
• Conduct root cause analysis for quality defects and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality specifications.
• Lead internal and external audits to maintain quality certifications.
• Train and mentor quality personnel on best practices and quality tools.
• Analyze quality data and generate reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
• ASQ certifications (e.g., CQM/OE, CQA, CSSBB).

• Experience with ISO 9001 or other relevant quality management system standards.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team in a manufacturing environment.
