Production Lead | Allendale, MI

Salary Range: $55,000 - $82,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities and personnel to meet output targets.
• Train and mentor production team members on processes, safety, and quality standards.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality control measures.
• Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
• Manage inventory of raw materials and finished goods to optimize production flow.
• Prepare production reports and communicate progress to management.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing production, with at least 2 years in a lead or supervisory role.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively lead, train, and motivate a production team.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety protocols.
• Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Certification in Project Management (PMP)
• Bilingual in Spanish or another relevant language
