Salary Range: $63,000 - $90,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Zeeland seeking Production Supervisors who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities to ensure efficiency and adherence to schedules.
• Supervise and train production line personnel, fostering a safe and productive work environment.
• Monitor product quality and implement corrective actions to meet established standards.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and coordinate maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement process optimizations.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and quality control procedures.
• Manage raw material inventory and coordinate with supply chain to prevent shortages.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology) or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve production targets and quality standards.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on root cause analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
• Proficiency in a second language (Spanish, Mandarin, etc.)
• Demonstrated experience in mentoring and developing team members
