Salary Range: $57,000 - $84,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production schedules and resource allocation to meet output targets.
• Train, mentor, and supervise production team members, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Implement and monitor continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and reduce waste.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and production issues, coordinating with maintenance as needed.
• Conduct regular quality checks and ensure products meet specified standards and customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate production records, including output, downtime, and material usage.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of products.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing production, with at least 2 years in a lead or supervisory role.
• Demonstrated ability to improve production efficiency and meet targets.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proven ability to train, mentor, and motivate production teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with lean manufacturing principles (e.g., 5S, Kaizen).
• Familiarity with ERP/MES systems for production tracking and reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to train and mentor production staff.
