Salary Range: $81,000 - $121,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to schedules.
• Develop and implement production plans, policies, and procedures to optimize output and quality.
• Manage and mentor production staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Monitor production costs and implement strategies for cost reduction while maintaining quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality control standards.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as supply chain and engineering, to streamline production processes.
• Analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing production management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of improving production efficiency, reducing costs, and ensuring quality control.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and continuous improvement processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Demonstrated success in implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong understanding of Industry 4.0 technologies and their application in manufacturing.
