Salary Range: $84,000 - $124,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Whitehall that are seeking Production Managers. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Develop and implement production schedules to meet delivery targets.
• Monitor production costs and implement strategies for cost reduction.
• Manage and mentor production staff, including performance reviews and training.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as supply chain and engineering, to optimize production processes.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing production management, including supervision of teams.
• Proven track record of improving production efficiency, quality, and safety metrics.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) implementation or optimization
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., MiniTab, Power BI, Excel for advanced analytics)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
