Salary Range: $54,000 - $84,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Holt that are seeking Quoting Specialists. Key Responsibilities

• Prepares accurate and timely quotes for standard and custom products.
• Analyzes customer specifications, blueprints, and other documentation to determine project scope.
• Collaborates with sales, engineering, and production teams to gather necessary information for pricing.
• Negotiates pricing and terms with vendors for raw materials and outsourced services.
• Maintains and updates pricing databases and quoting tools.
• Identifies opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement in the quoting process.
• Ensures compliance with company pricing strategies and policies.

Recommended Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in quoting, estimating, or inside sales within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Strong ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and customer specifications.
• Excellent analytical and mathematical skills with a keen attention to detail.
