Salary Range: $49,000 - $76,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Hart seeking Recruiters who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various manufacturing roles, from production to engineering.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including offer extension and onboarding support.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to track candidate progress and maintain accurate records.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent in a competitive market.
• Represent the company at career fairs and industry events to promote employer brand.
• Conduct thorough reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, with a focus on manufacturing, engineering, or industrial roles.
• Proven ability to recruit for a wide range of positions, from entry-level production to highly specialized technical roles.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, terminology, and industry-specific challenges.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and various sourcing strategies.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with an ATS beyond basic data entry, such as workflow optimization or custom report generation.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and their application in talent acquisition.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage social media and digital platforms for employer branding and candidate engagement.
• Prior experience working with a contingent workforce or third-party staffing agencies.
