Salary Range: $81,000 - $121,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement predictive maintenance strategies.
• Analyze equipment failures and develop root cause analysis (RCA) solutions.
• Optimize preventive maintenance (PM) programs and schedules.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives for asset reliability.
• Conduct criticality assessments and develop asset management plans.
• Collaborate with maintenance and production teams on reliability improvements.
• Utilize data analytics to identify trends and predict potential failures.
• Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for reliability.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial, or similar).
• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, focusing on reliability engineering principles.
• Strong knowledge of Root Cause Analysis (RCA) methodologies and facilitation.
• Proficiency in various predictive maintenance (PdM) techniques (e.g., vibration analysis, thermography, ultrasonic).
• Experience with Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and other risk assessment tools.
• Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) software.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with advanced analytics and machine learning for predictive maintenance.
• Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) or equivalent.
• Strong programming skills (e.g., Python, R) for data analysis and tool development.
• Knowledge of Industry 4.0 and IoT technologies.
• Experience with Failure Modes, Effects, and Criticality Analysis (FMECA).
