Salary Range: $54,000 - $81,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Full-cycle recruitment for a variety of manufacturing roles, from shop floor to management.
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing initiatives to attract top manufacturing talent.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand departmental needs and create effective recruitment strategies.
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit.
- Manage the offer process, including negotiation and closing of candidates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Represent the company at career fairs and industry events to build talent pipelines.
Recommended Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with at least 1 year focused on manufacturing or industrial roles.
- Proven ability to source and attract top talent for a variety of roles, including skilled trades, production, engineering, and management.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, terminology, and the specific skill sets required for various roles within the industry.
- Experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, industry-specific forums).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) specifically tailored for high-volume manufacturing environments.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and department heads in a manufacturing setting.
- Understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities within the manufacturing industry, including relevant labor laws and safety regulations.
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting for skilled trades and specialized technical roles within manufacturing.
