Salary Range: $41,000 - $66,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and stage equipment, tools, and materials for production runs.
• Execute equipment changeovers and line clearances according to established procedures.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and preventative maintenance on machinery.
• Verify machine settings and product specifications to ensure quality standards.
• Collaborate with production teams to optimize setup processes and minimize downtime.
• Document setup parameters, equipment status, and any deviations.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.

Recommended Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to use a variety of hand and power tools
• Basic computer literacy for data entry and system navigation

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with lean manufacturing principles
• Certification in a relevant field (e.g., hydraulics, pneumatics)
• Familiarity with PLC programming or troubleshooting
