Salary Range: $82,000 - $122,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in DeWitt that are seeking Reliability Engineers. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement predictive maintenance strategies.
  • Analyze equipment failures and develop root cause analysis (RCA) solutions.
  • Optimize maintenance procedures and schedules to improve asset reliability.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives for manufacturing processes and equipment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new equipment specifications and installations.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to equipment uptime and reliability.
  • Provide technical expertise and training to maintenance and operations personnel.

Recommended Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) or a related technical field.
  • 5+ years of experience in reliability engineering, maintenance, or a related role within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of reliability tools and methodologies (e.g., FMEA, RCA, RCM, Weibull analysis).
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis software and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and implement reliability improvement projects.
  • Certification in Reliability Engineering (e.g., CRE, CMRP) preferred.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience with Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
  • Certifications such as Certified Reliability Professional (CRP) or Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP).
  • Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, R) for data analysis and automation.
  • Familiarity with advanced analytics and machine learning techniques for predictive maintenance.
  • Project management experience, particularly in leading cross-functional improvement initiatives.
