Salary Range: $60,000 - $92,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Holt that are seeking Robotics Technicians. Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and calibration of robotic systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and software issues in industrial robots.
• Install and configure new robotic equipment and peripheral devices.
• Conduct preventative maintenance inspections and document findings.
• Program and fine-tune robot paths and parameters to optimize production.
• Collaborate with engineers to improve robot performance and integrate new technologies.

Recommended Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering Technology, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial robots (e.g., FANUC, KUKA, ABB, Yaskawa).
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and PLC logic.
• Strong understanding of robotic programming, calibration, and safety protocols.
• Experience with various robotic end-effectors, vision systems, and peripheral equipment.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with vision systems (e.g., Cognex, Keyence) for inspection and guidance.
• Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (e.g., EtherNet/IP, PROFINET, Modbus TCP).
• Proficiency in a scripting language (e.g., Python, Lua) for custom tool development or data analysis.
• Basic understanding of PLC programming (e.g., Siemens TIA Portal, Rockwell Studio 5000) for troubleshooting integration issues.
