Salary Range: $62,000 - $95,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and calibration of robotic systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and software issues in robotic cells.
• Conduct preventative maintenance inspections and implement necessary repairs or adjustments.
• Install and configure new robotic equipment and peripheral devices.
• Program and fine-tune robot paths and parameters to optimize production efficiency.
• Document maintenance activities, repairs, and system modifications accurately.
• Collaborate with engineers and production staff to improve robotic system performance and reliability.

Recommended Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering Technology, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing industrial robots (e.g., FANUC, KUKA, ABB, Yaskawa).
• Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and PLC logic.
• Strong understanding of robotic programming languages and teach pendant operations.
• Experience with vision systems, sensors, and end-of-arm tooling.
• Ability to perform precision mechanical alignments and electrical calibrations.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with vision systems and their integration into robotic cells.
• Familiarity with various robotic programming languages beyond teach pendant operation (e.g., Python, C++ for advanced control).
• Strong understanding of Industry 4.0 concepts, including IoT and data analytics for predictive maintenance.
• CAD proficiency for reviewing and modifying cell layouts or end-of-arm tooling designs.
